Overview

Amarnath cave is a Hindu shrine located in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The cave is situated at an altitude of 3,888 m, about 141 km from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir and reached through Pahalgam town.

Vaishno Devi, also known as Mata Rani, Trikuta and Vaishnavi, is a manifestation of the Hindu Goddess Mata Adi Shakti, also known as Chandi/Durga. The words "maa" and "mata" are commonly used in India for "mother", and thus are often used in connection with Vaishno Devi.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01

Jammu Arrival – Srinagar transfer Upon your arrival at Jammu railway station you will be received by our driver & transferred to Srinagar (300 kmrs ) via NH1A.Late evening reach Srinagar .Dinner & Nights stay In Srinagar.

Day 02

Srinagar- Sonmarg Transfer Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport/Bus Stand you will be received by our driver and straightway transferred to sonmarg (86 kmrs) .After reaching sonmarg you can visit Thajwas Glacier on the same day .Dinner & Overnight at sonmarg hotel.

Day 03

Amarnath Lingam Darshan(Chopper/By Foot) After early breakfast you will be dropped at Baltal Base camp/ helipad from where you can start your journey to amaranth cave .The Total Distance from Baltal – Amarnath cave is 14 kmrs .Overnight stay in tents near to cave .(Even Chopper Flights don’t return same day from last 4 hours so a person can return back only tomorrow)

Day 04

Amarnath Cave – Srinagar Transfer + Local Sightseeing After darshan reach back to Baltal where our driver will pick you and transfer you to Srinagar for night stay in House Boat.You can visit Mughal gardens like Nishat,Shalimar and Pari Mahal on the same day . Dinner & Overnight stay in house boat.

Day 05

Srinagar – Katra Transfer (336 kmrs //08 hours Journey ) After breakfast you will be transferred to Katra ,The Holy town where famous temple of Maa Vaishno Devi is located.After reaching katra check inn to hotel and relax .Dinner & Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 06

Vaishno Devi Temple Darshan After breakfast you will start you trek towards Vaishno Devi Temple ,Located in Trikuta hills one can use ponies ,dollies or auto battery vehicles for comfort .Return back to hotel in katra for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 07

Hotel – Airport /Railway Station Drop After breakfast you will be dropped at Katra Railway Station Or Jammu Railway Station.

  5. Local Sightseeing Charges at Sonmarg (For Visiting Thajwas Glacier and Zero Point) by Local taxi is around 3000-8000 approx (Negotiable on the spot)
